D’Adiutorio’s enterprise has significantly contributed to the expansion of the monumental cemetery, with the construction of 2700 funerary locals. The structure of the new area was entirely made of reinforced concrete, with the construction of the basement with vertical functions and vertical walls and reinforced concrete slabs with continuous castings in operation. The cover is made of laminated wood structure and double layer covering of bituminous sheath with gutter ducts and copper lamerines.
All the loculi faces were coated with travertines of the honed type, and the marble flooring of the flamed type, so as to give the body an extension of an architectural characteristic, but with a precise recall of the materials already adopted in the general context of the cemetery
