Founded in 1967, Golden Lady counts today 14 establishments located in Italy, Serbia and the United States with a production of over 400 million socks per year, exported to 70 countries around the world.
The Group is a leader in the Italian women’s hosiery market with a share of more than 50% in the distribution channel, 33% in the traditional and specialized channel, and 25.4% in the field of footwear and markets.
The intervention was characterized by the construction of the industrial building with a surface of 30.000 m2, a part of which was planned for a warehouse of about 10.000 m2 built below ground level, under the level of a water bed and fully waterproofed. The intervention also involved the realization of a business outlet and a nursery school with a wooden structure for the children of women working in the establishment
