Loznica is a town and municipality in the district of Mačva on the north-western side of central Serbia, bordering Bosnia and Herzegovina. The Serbian factory of the company Valy, belonging to the Golden Lady Group, is of great importance to the Italian group, because it focuses on production that is exported all over Eastern Europe.
The activities involved the realization of a complex of industrial buildings with an area of about 65.000 m2 and an attached sewage plant. The external areas, as well as internal traffic and outlets, were refurbished
