It is one of the first industrial buildings built by the company. The 10 meter high building was made of a prefabricated structure consisting of reinforced concrete load bearing elements (beams and pillars), and covering in steel trusses under overlapping sandwich panels alterna- ting with translucent polycarbonate panels, which were put on two 27 meter spans to allow for a considerable free area between the different rows of pillars.
The foundation structures were realized in plinths on poles, and on the entire surface of the building area drainage and consolidation works with consistent sub floor layers over which a reinforced concrete layer with an embedded electro welded mesh was built to guarantee maximum thrust to the passage of heavy vehicles.
