The area concerned is located in the town of L’Aquila, on the corner of Via Agnifili and Via Persichetti, near Via XX Settembre, one of the main streets of the city.
The building is the result of the demolition and reconstruction of a former building, inaccessible because of the 2009 earthquake.
The building is articulated on seven floors above the ground levels, vertically connected by a staircase and a lift, besides an underground floor with a wider surface area than the upper floors. The building includes 10 apartments, distributed on five floors
